Bluebottles Brasserie is a relaxed modern café in Woolgoolga , offering plenty of dine-in and outdoor seating. They are proud to offer the best service, beautiful coffee and a wonderful melding of flavours in the meals their chefs create. They always use the freshest produce, sourced locally where possible, and definitely no caged eggs – enjoy guilt-free and tastier local free-range eggs in their all-day breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
Bluebottles uses the finest quality boutique coffee from Botero, one of North Coast NSW’s finest coffee roasters. In fact, Bluebottles personally choose to stock and use Botero’s unique signature blend, Brass, along with their Organic Rainforest blend, as they consider these to be the best quality roasts in Australia – with their distinct and full flavours that linger!
Bluebottles opens for all-day breakfast and lunch 7 days a week, and dinner on Friday and Saturday nights all-year-round (with dinners featuring a weekly blackboard menu, packed with unique offerings by their creative team of qualified chefs).
Owned and managed by locals, Renée Chapman & Dan Weiss, Bluebottles features fantastic fresh meals made skilfully by locally renowned Head Chef, Neville Mott and his team. Whether you are planning a special get-together with friends; a relaxed casual outing; or looking for an ideal rest-stop while travelling; drop in and visit soon (there’s plenty of nearby parking).

Best cooked fish and chips I have had in so long and I live in a fishing town. Fish was fresh and cooked to perfection.
Best fish & chips we ever had. The Dinner Pack was just huge for two, but you just can’t stop eating! Lovely and crisp chips, and the fish was exceptional. Only draw-back was the very small decking outside, which was too crowded and hard to find a vacant table. Unless of course you take your fish & chips and eat them somewhere else. Everything was as fresh as seafood should be. Straight off the boat! Next time we’ll try the mixed seafood.
My wife and I ordered grilled swordfish. It took some time until it was done, but then we each got a nicely grilled piece about the size of a T Bone steak. Our daughter liked the salad. It might not be the place for a formal dinner but if you are hungry for fish at a reasonable price it’s certainly worth going there.
Service at the Co-Op is friendly and helpful and the fish is MAGNIFICENTLY FRESH. If you have a special occasion coming up, the cooked lobster is absolutely delicious.
