Danny is a second generation fishermen. He did work experience at the Co-op when he was just 15 years old. He then started fishing with his father in 1989 before buying his first boat in 1992.
He moved onto lobster and trap n line fishing full time in 1996. Danny helped teach & encourage one of our younger fishermen Danny Green to enter fishing the industry, Danny Green ended up buying his fathers boat the Lematt. Danny’s sons are already showing a love for the water and fishing industry by working on the boat whenever they can.
